Our mission is to liberate and recover victims of crisis in ways that lead toward restoration and empowerment. We equip individuals and families with survivor-led strategies, necessary tools, resources, and support to overcome barriers to success.
As a survivor-led agency, FRFS holds to a high level of client service and professional standards. Our case management, outreach, and education efforts advocate for human trafficking, domestic violence, and community intervention on local and national levels.

Leonard Rivas is the CEO of First Responders Family Services. With over 25 years of experience in Urban Development and Community Enrichment Projects, Leonard is excited to follow his passions with a new chapter at FRFS.
